Data You Process Locally

When you use ZERO/AI Portal, you may process various types of data on your local machine:

• Documents: PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, and other files you upload for AI training
• Training Data: Vector embeddings created from your documents
• AI Conversations: Your interactions with trained AI models
• Configuration: Your application settings and preferences

All of this data remains on your local machine. ZeroAI has no access to it and cannot access it. The data is stored in encrypted format on your local storage and is only accessible through your ZERO/AI Portal installation.

How Your Local Data Is Protected

ZERO/AI Portal implements multiple layers of protection for data stored locally:

• Encryption: All stored data uses AES-256-GCM encryption
• Isolation: Data is stored in application-specific directories with restricted permissions
• No Cloud Backup: Data is never synchronized to any cloud service
• Secure Deletion: When you delete data, it is securely wiped

Website and Download

While ZERO/AI Portal itself collects no data, our website and download infrastructure may collect limited information:

• Download Statistics: We may count the number of downloads (without identifying individual users)
• Website Analytics: Standard web server logs may record IP addresses and access times for security purposes

This data is used solely for security monitoring and understanding aggregate download trends. We do not use this data for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties.

Because ZERO/AI Portal collects no personal data, traditional data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are not applicable in the typical sense. You have complete control over all data processed by ZERO/AI Portal because it exists only on your local machine.

ZERO/AI Portal is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any data from children because we do not collect any data from anyone.

Because ZERO/AI Portal processes all data locally and makes no network connections, there are no international data transfers to consider. Your data stays on your machine in your jurisdiction.
